More Definitions of City Deed of Trust

City Deed of Trust means the deed of trust securing the City Loan, to be recorded upon the occurrence of the Closing, subordinate to the deed of trust securing any Senior Loan, substantially in the form attached to this Agreement as Attachment No. 9.
City Deed of Trust means the Deed of Trust with Assignment of Rents given for the benefit of the Vallejo Housing Authority in connection with the City Loan (as modified by the Modification of Deed of Trust between the Borrower and the Vallejo Housing Authority).
