City Fees definition

City Fees means fees paid by the Town to UIA for the provision of Connection Services to Town owned facilities or resources at the Product Catalog wholesale rates of UIA pursuant to Section 3.22 below.
City Fees means all fees payable to the City, identified and referenced in Article 7 of this Agreement.

Examples of City Fees in a sentence

  • As Bond Proceeds are transferred to City as described in Section 5 below, the portion of the Property with respect to which such transfer was made shall receive a credit in the amount transferred against the payment of City Fees.

  • The purpose of this Agreement is to provide a mechanism by which the CFD may issue the Bonds to provide a source of funds to finance portions of City Fee Facilities in lieu of the payment of City Fees.

  • Upon such notice and City’s receipt of such disbursement relating to City Fees, Property Owner shall be deemed to have satisfied the portion of applicable City Fees with respect to the number of dwelling units or lots for which City Fees would otherwise have been required in an amount equal to the amount of such disbursement divided by the per lot or unit amount of the applicable City Fees.

  • Nothing herein shall supersede the obligation of Property Owner to make Advances or otherwise pay City Fees to City when due.

  • In the event that Bond Proceeds are not available or sufficient to fully satisfy the obligation, then Property Owner shall remain obligated to make Advances or otherwise pay City Fees to City as required by City in accordance with applicable law.


More Definitions of City Fees

City Fees means applicable local fees assessed by the City and associated with the Project, including but not limited to impact fees, improvement location fees, building permit fees, sign permit fees, sewer and stormwater fees, variance requests and inspection fees.
City Fees means eligible, applicable local fees assessed by the City and associated with the Schwab Redevelopment, including but not limited to impact fees, improvement location fees, building permit fees, sign permit fees, variance or re-zoning request fees and inspection fees. Citimark Commitment means, collectively, Cititmark (a) purchasing the Schwab Building; (b) after acquisition, investing not less than Four Million Five Hundred Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($4,500,000.00) in the Schwab Redevelopment; (c) purchasing the Launch Building; and (d) entering into a lease with the Commission for (i) the Launch Building and (ii) 35,000 sq. ft. of the Xxxxxx Building.
City Fees means fees for those capital improvements authorized to be financed with City development impact fees (“DIF”), and all components thereof, imposed by City as a consequence of development of any portion of the Property to finance City Fee Facilities; as further described in Exhibit B hereto.
City Fees means all eligible, applicable local fees assessed by the City and associated with the Project on the Office Site, including but not limited to impact fees, improvement location fees, building permit fees, sign permit fees, variance or re-zoning request fees and inspection fees. Claims means claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, liens, costs, and/or expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees); provided that in no event shall Claims include consequential or punitive damages.
City Fees means all fees chargeable by City in connection with the development of the Improvements.
City Fees means charges imposed by the City for a specific benefit conferred or privilege granted directly to the payor that is not provided to those not charged. City Fees include, but are not limited to, Mechanical, Plumbing/Gas, Electrical fees, Sign Permit fees, Substantial Conformance Review fees, fees associated with obtaining building permits, Grading and Public Right-of-Way Permit fees, fees associated with Development Permits and Policy Approvals, Fire Department Plan Check Fees, Development Services Preliminary Review Fees, fees for Demolition/Removal Permits, and Water & Sewer Fees.
City Fees means development impact fees, environmental mitigation fees or other capital improvement fees or charges imposed or collected by the City as described in Exhibit A-2 hereto. To the extent the City Fees fund anything other than public capital improvements, bond counsel may limit the funding of such fees to a lesser amount from tax-exempt bonds or taxable bonds, if applicable, to take into account such ineligible costs determined by such counsel.
