City Fees definition

City Fees means fees paid by the Town to UIA for the provision of Connection Services to Town owned facilities or resources at the Product Catalog wholesale rates of UIA pursuant to Section 3.22 below.

City Fees means all fees payable to the City, identified and referenced in Article 7 of this Agreement.

City Fees means fees paid by the Owner to the City pursuant to the conditions of development or as development impact fees that relate to the Facilities.

Examples of City Fees in a sentence

• If assessed or chargeable by the City Bodies, the City shall waive: City Fees related to (a) the initial construction of the Project and (b) for first generation tenants; provided that during any continuing Event of Default by Developer hereunder or under any Ancillary Agreements, City shall be entitled to either suspend or terminate any further waiver of the foregoing fees.

• Until the Final Date, if assessed or chargeable by the City Bodies, the City shall waive: City Fees related to the initial construction of the Project; provided that during any continuing Event of Default by Developer hereunder or under any Ancillary Agreements, City shall be entitled to either suspend or terminate any further waiver of the foregoing fees.

• City Fees shall mean applicable local fees assessed by the City and associated with the Project, including but not limited to impact fees, improvement location fees, building permit fees, sign permit fees, sanitary sewer fees (to the extent within the City’s sanitary sewer district and not including monthly use fees), stormwater fees, variance requests and inspection fees.

• If Developer does not complete Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the Project by the Final Date, then the City, in its sole discretion, may, by written notice to developer, terminate (i) Developer’s right to receive additional Loan Proceeds; and (ii) the waiver of additional City Fees (whether concerning City Fees or Loan Proceeds individually or jointly, “Termination Notice”).

• City Fees shall mean applicable local fees assessed by the City and associated with the Project, including but not limited to impact fees, improvement location fees, building permit fees, sign permit fees, variance requests and inspection fees.

More Definitions of City Fees

City Fees means eligible, applicable local fees assessed by the City and associated with the Schwab Redevelopment, including but not limited to impact fees, improvement location fees, building permit fees, sign permit fees, variance or re-zoning request fees and inspection fees. Citimark Commitment means, collectively, Cititmark (a) purchasing the Schwab Building; (b) after acquisition, investing not less than Four Million Five Hundred Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($4,500,000.00) in the Schwab Redevelopment; (c) purchasing the Launch Building; and (d) entering into a lease with the Commission for (i) the Launch Building and (ii) 35,000 sq. ft. of the Xxxxxx Building.

City Fees means all eligible, applicable local fees assessed by the City and associated with the Project on the Office Site, including but not limited to impact fees, improvement location fees, building permit fees, sign permit fees, variance or re-zoning request fees and inspection fees. City Land means the two (2) parcels of real property generally located at 8943 and 0 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx and identified by parcel nos. 15-11-31-00-01-005.002 and15- 11-31-00-01-005.000, respectively, together with the City right of way outlined in green on Exhibit A.

City Fees include, but are not limited to, Mechanical, Plumbing/Gas, Electrical fees, Sign Permit fees, Substantial Conformance Review fees, fees associated with obtaining building permits, Grading and Public Right-of-Way Permit fees, fees associated with Development Permits and Policy Approvals, Fire Department Plan Check Fees, Development Services Preliminary Review Fees, fees for Demolition/Removal Permits, and Water & Sewer Fees.

City Fees means eligible, applicable local fees assessed by the City and associated with the Project on the Site, including but not limited to impact fees, improvement location fees, building permit fees, sanitary sewer fees (to the extent within the City’s sanitary sewer district), sign permit fees, variance or re-zoning request fees and inspection fees. Cure Period means a period of: (i) ten (10) days after written notice of default in the case of any monetary default; and (ii) thirty (30) days after a party failing to perform or observe any other term or condition of this Agreement to be performed or observed by it receives written notice specifying the nature of the default; provided that, if such default is of such a nature that it cannot be remedied within thirty (30) days, despite reasonably diligent efforts, then the thirty
