City Information or “Information” is defined in Section III.O of this Agreement.

City Information. – means any information in the custody and control of the City, including databases that may be the repository of names, contact information, business records, financial information or other identifiers compiled and used by City employees to conduct City business. Examples of City databases include: grants recipients, lists of event attendees and resident association lists.

Consultant shall store and maintain City information in a secure manner and shall not allow unauthorized users to access, modify, delete or otherwise corrupt City Information in any way.

More Definitions of City Information

City Information means the kind of information that:

City Information means General Information and Personal Information: (i) provided by the City to the London Heritage Council in relation to this Agreement; (ii) collected by the London Heritage Council in relation to this Agreement; or (iii) derived by the London Heritage Council from the General Information and Personal Information provided under subsection 1(a)(i) or collected under subsection 1(a)(ii);

City Information means any information in the custody or control of the City, including networks, databases and systems, compiled and used by City of Guelph employees to conduct City business.

City Information means information provided or made available to Vendor by or at the direction of City, information which is created or obtained by Vendor on behalf of City, or information to which access was provided to Vendor by or at the direction of City, in the course of Vendor's performance under this Agreement that includes any Confidential Information or Personal Information of or pertaining to City or any clients, customers, or residents of City.

City Information means General Information or Personal Information:

City Information means all information concerning AE and its business in any form, including, without limitation, the products and services provided under an agreement disclosed to or otherwise learned by Contractor while performing under a Contract with the City.
