City Park Fees definition

City Park Fees means, for each Tax Year, the product of all In-City Net Park Fees multiplied by the In-City City Park Fee Percentage. For example, if with respect to a given Tax Year the total In-City Net Park Fees are $100,000.00, the City Park Fees are equal to $22,000.00 for such Tax Year ($100,000 x 0.22 = $22,000).
City Park Fees means in-lieu park fees pursuant to RMC Section 15.09.400.
