Claim Form Deadline definition

Claim Form Deadline means the date by which a Claim Form must be postmarked via United States First Class Mail or via electronic submission by 11:59 p.m. central time to be considered timely. The Claim Form Deadline shall be clearly set forth in the Preliminary Approval Order as well as in the Settlement Notice and/or the Claim Form and shall conclude prior to the entry of the Final Approval Order. If the Claim Form Deadline is on a weekend or holiday, the Claim Form Deadline shall extend to the next business day following the weekend or holiday.

Claim Form Deadline or “Claims Deadline” means the date by which a Claim Form must be postmarked via United States First Class Mail or via electronic submission by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time to be considered timely.
