Claim Form Deadline definition

Claim Form Deadline means the date by which a Claim Form must be postmarked via United States First Class Mail or via electronic submission by 11:59 p.m. Central time to be considered timely. The Claim Form Deadline shall be clearly set forth in the Preliminary Approval Order as well as in the Settlement Notice and/or the Claim Form and shall be thirty (30) days after the Fairness Hearing. If the Claim Form Deadline is on a weekend or holiday, the Claim Form Deadline shall extend to the next business day following the weekend or holiday.

Claim Form Deadline shall be 90 days from the date that Notice is first disseminated to the Settlement Class and is the last day by which a Claim Form may be submitted to the Settlement Administrator for a Settlement Class member to be eligible for a Cash Payment.
