Class A definition

Class A has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.C.
Class A. Class M-1," "Class B" or "Class C" means pertaining to each Class of Class A Certificates, Class M-1 Certificates, Class B Certificates and/or Class C Certificates, as the case may be.
Class A means a passenger ship engaged on domestic voyages other than voyages covered by Classes B, C and D.

Class A. The rate for Class A bilingual skill is forty dollars ($40) biweekly; fifty cents ($0.50) per hour for eighty (80) hours of paid service - thereafter, the FLSA regular rate for overtime shall apply. To qualify for this rate, the employee must be assigned to a position designated as requiring bilingual skills fifty percent (50%) or more of the time or forty (40) hours or more in an 80-hour biweekly pay period or to a position designated as requiring technical bilingual skills (reading, writing, translation).
