Class A-1 Certificates definition

Class A-1 Certificates. All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-1".

Class A-1 Certificates means the Certificates, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A-1, to be issued by the Trust representing a proportionate undivided beneficial ownership interest in certain distributions to be made by the Trust and having the characteristics described herein and in the Certificates.

Class A-1 Certificates. The Certificates designated as "Class A-1" on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Examples of Class A-1 Certificates in a sentence

• The amount of interest which accrues on this Certificate in any month will be subject to reduction with respect to any Non-Supported Interest Shortfall and the interest portion of certain Realized Losses allocated to the Class A-1 Certificates, as described in the Agreement.

• The amount of interest which accrues on this Certificate in any month will be subject to reduction with respect to any Non-Supported Interest Shortfall, any Relief Act Shortfall and the interest portion of certain Realized Losses allocated to the Class A-1 Certificates, as described in the Agreement.

• The Class A-1 Certificates shall be issued in denominations of $25.

• This Certificate is one of a duly authorized issue of Certificates designated as Certificates of the series specified on the face hereof (herein called the "Certificates") and representing an interest in the Class of Certificates specified on the face hereof equal to the quotient expressed as a percentage obtained by dividing the Certificate Balance of this Certificate specified on the face hereof by the aggregate initial Certificate Balance of the Class A-1 Certificates.

• Any such additional Class A-1 Certificates and Class A-2 Certificates authenticated and delivered shall have the same terms and rank pari passu with the corresponding classes of Certificates previously issued in accordance with this Series Supplement.

More Definitions of Class A-1 Certificates

Class A-1 Certificates. Any one of the Class A-1 Certificates executed, authenticated and delivered by the Trust Administrator, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-1 and evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC II for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

Class A-1 Certificates. “Class A-2 Certificates,” “Class A-SB Certificates,” “Class A-3 Certificates,” “Class A-4 Certificates,” “Class A-5 Certificates,” “Class A-S Certificates,” “Class X-A Certificates,” “Class X-B Certificates,” “Class X-C Certificates,” “Class B Certificates,” “Class PST Certificates,” “Class C Certificates,” “Class D Certificates,” “Class E Certificates,” “Class F Certificates,” “Class G Certificates,” “Class H Certificates,” “Class V Certificates” and “Class R Certificates” mean, in each such case, the Certificates designated as “Class A-1,” “Class A-2,” “Class A-SB,” “Class A-3,” “Class A-4,” “Class A-5,” “Class A-S,” “Class X-A,” “Class X-B,” “Class X-C,” “Class B,” “Class PST,” “Class C,” “Class D,” “Class E,” “Class F,” “Class G,” “Class H,” “Class V” and “Class R,” respectively, on the face thereof, in substantially the forms attached hereto as Exhibits A-1 to A-20.

Class A-1 Certificates. Any Certificate designated as a "Class A-1 Certificate" on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit A hereto, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein.

Class A-1 Certificates means the certificates issued by the Class A-1 Trust, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Class A-1 Trust Agreement, and authenticated by the Class A-1 Trustee, representing fractional undivided interests in the Class A-1 Trust, and any certificates issued in exchange therefor or replacement thereof pursuant to the terms of the Class A-1 Trust Agreement.
