Subject to the terms and conditions of this Supplement (i) each Class A-1 Purchaser shall advance funds under its Class A-1 Note in an amount equal to its Class A-1 Commitment Percentage of the Class A-1 Initial Invested Amount on any Business Day during the period from the Effective Date to and including the Class A-1 Increase Expiry Date and (ii) thereafter, each Class A-1 Purchaser shall maintain its Class A-1 Note in accordance with the provisions of this Supplement.
