Class A-1 Principal Balance definition

Class A-1 Principal Balance as of any date means the Class A‑1 Initial Principal Balance less all amounts paid to the holders of Class A‑1 Notes in respect of principal pursuant to Section 5.06 hereof.
Class A-1 Principal Balance means, as to any Remittance Date, the Original Class A-1 Principal Balance less all amounts previously distributed to Holders of Class A-1 Certificates on account of principal.
Class A-1 Principal Balance means, for any Payment Date, the Original Class A-1 Principal Balance less all amounts previously distributed to Holders of Class A-1 Certificates in respect of principal.

  • Any amounts remaining after reduction of the Class A-1 Principal Balance, Class A-2 Principal Balance and Class B Principal Balance to zero will be paid to the Holder of the Class R Certificate.

Class A-1 Principal Balance means, as of any date of determination, the Original Class A-1 Principal Balance less any amount distributed with respect to principal on the Class A-1 Certificates on all prior Remittance Dates.
