Examples of Class A-2 Final Scheduled Distribution Date in a sentence
As described above, the entire unpaid principal amount of this Note will be payable on the earlier of the Class A-2 Final Scheduled Distribution Date and the Redemption Date, if any, selected pursuant to the Indenture.
The Notes are entitled to the benefits of a financial guarantee insurance policy (the “Policy”) issued by MBIA Insurance Corporation (the “Insurer”), pursuant to which the Insurer has unconditionally guaranteed payment of the Note Interest Distributable Amount on each Distribution Date and the outstanding principal amount of the Class A-2 Notes on the Class A-2 Final Scheduled Distribution Date, all as more fully set forth in the Indenture and the Policy.
To the extent not previously paid in full, the principal amount of the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes and the Class A-3 Notes shall be due on the Class A-1 Final Scheduled Distribution Date, the Class A-2 Final Scheduled Distribution Date and the Class A-3 Final Scheduled Distribution Date, respectively.
If not paid earlier, the full outstanding principal balance of the Class A-1 Notes will be paid on March 20, 2001 (the "Class A-1 Final Scheduled Distribution Date"), of the Class A-2 Notes will be paid on March 20, 2003 (the "Class A-2 Final Scheduled Distribution Date"), of the Class A-3 Notes will be paid on September 20, 2004 (the "Class A-3 Final Scheduled Distribution Date"), and of the Class A-4 Notes will be paid on September 20, 2007 (the "Class A-4 Final Scheduled Distribution Date").
As described on the face hereof, the entire unpaid principal amount of this Note shall be due and payable on the Class A-2 Final Scheduled Distribution Date.
