Class A-2 Monthly Interest means, with respect to any Series 2002-1 Interest Period, an amount equal to the product of (i) the Class A-2 Note Rate for such Series 2002-1 Interest Period, (ii) the Class A-2 Invested Amount on the first day of such Series 2002-1 Interest Period, after giving effect to any principal payments made on such date, or, in the case of the initial Series 2002-1 Interest Period, the Class A-2 Initial Invested Amount and (iii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days in such Series 2002-1 Interest Period and the denominator of which is 360.

Class A-2 Monthly Interest means, with respect to any Series 2003-5 Interest Period, an amount equal to the product of (A) the Class A-2 Invested Amount on the first day of such Series 2003-5 Interest Period, after giving effect to any principal payments made on such date, (B) the Class A-2 Note Rate for such Series 2003-5 Interest Period and (C) the number of days in such Series 2003-5 Interest period divided by 360.

Class A-2 Monthly Interest means, (i) for the first Payment Date, the product of one-twelfth of the Class A-2 Interest Rate, the number of days from the Closing Date (assuming the month of the Closing Date has 30 days) through the day before the first Payment Date divided by 30 and the Class A-2 Note Balance at the Closing Date and (ii) for any subsequent Payment Date, the product of one-twelfth of the Class A-2 Interest Rate and the Class A-2 Note Balance as of the immediately preceding Payment Date (after giving effect to any distribution of Monthly Principal made on such immediately preceding Payment Date).

Class A-2 Monthly Interest means, (i) for the first Distribution Date, the product of the following: (one twelfth of the Class A-2 Pass-Through Rate) multiplied by (the number of days remaining in the month of the Closing Date assuming a 30-day month from and including the Closing Date divided by 30) multiplied by the Class A-2 Certificate Balance at the Closing Date and (ii) for any subsequent Distribution Date, one-twelfth of the product of the Class A-2 Pass-Through Rate and the Class A-2 Certificate Balance as of the immediately preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to any distribution of Monthly Principal made on such immediately preceding Distribution Date).
