Class A-2 Note Balance definition

Class A-2 Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class A-2 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class A-2 Notes.
Class A-2 Note Balance means, as of any date, the Initial Class A-2 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made on or prior to such date on the Class A-2 Notes.
Class A-2 Note Balance means initially, the Initial Class A-2 Note Balance and, thereafter, the Initial Class A-2 Note Balance, reduced by all amounts previously distributed to Class A-2 Noteholders and allocable to principal.

More Definitions of Class A-2 Note Balance

Class A-2 Note Balance means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the Outstanding Amount of the Class A-2 Notes.
Class A-2 Note Balance means, as of any date, the Class A-2a Note Balance or the Class A-2b Note Balance, as applicable.
Class A-2 Note Balance means, at any time, $340,000,000, reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class A-2 notes.
