Class A-2 Percentage definition
Class A-2 Percentage in relation to a Distribution Date means 100% less the Class A-1 Percentage for the Determination Date immediately preceding that Distribution Date.
Class A-2 Percentage. With respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of 100% and a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A-2 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of all of the Mortgage Loans (or related REO Properties) immediately prior to such Distribution Date; provided, that if the Certificate Principal Balances of the Class B and Class R Certificates are reduced to zero, then thereafter the Class A-2 Percentage as of any date of determination shall be 100% minus the then applicable Class A-1 Percentage.
Class A-2 Percentage means the result, expressed as a percentage, -------------------- obtained by dividing: (i) the Original Class A-2 Principal Balance by (ii) the Original Note Principal Balance.

Class A-2 Percentage. Class A-2 Percentage. The Class A Subclass Principal Balance of the Class A-2 Certificates divided by the Pool Balance (Non-PO Portion).
Class A-2 Percentage. The Class A-2 Percentage for any Distribution Date is (i) 48% prior to the payment in full of the Class A Notes and (ii) 0% after the payment in full of the Class A Notes.
Class A-2 Percentage. As to any Distribution Date, 100% minus the Class A-1 Percentage for such Distribution Date.
Class A-2 Percentage means, for any day, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which equals the Class A-2 VFC Principal Balance on such day, and the denominator of which equals the sum of (i) the Class A Initial Invested Amount, plus (ii) the initial principal amount of any Additional Class A Invested Amounts issued through the end of the preceding Business Day pursuant to Section 6.15 of the Series Supplement or this Issuance Supplement, minus (iii) the aggregate amount of principal payments made to the Class A Certificateholders prior to such day.
Class A-2 Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period, -------------------- the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Average Class A-2 Invested Amount as of the last day of the immediately preceding Monthly Period (or in the case of the first Monthly Period, as of the Closing Date) and the denominator of which is the Average Class A Invested Amount as of such date.
