Class A-3 Distribution Amount definition

Class A-3 Distribution Amount. With respect to any Payment Date, the sum of (x) the Class A-3 Current Interest, (y) the Class A-3 Interest Carry Forward Amount and (z) the Group I Class A Principal Distribution Amount payable to the Owners of the Class A-3 Certificates pursuant to Section 7.03(f) hereof.

Class A-3 Distribution Amount means, for any Payment Date, that portion of the Class A Distribution Amount to be distributed to the Class A-3 Certificateholders pursuant to Section 8.04(b) on such Payment Date.

Class A-3 Distribution Amount. With respect to the Class A-3 Certificates for any Distribution Date, the amount to be distributed to the Holders of the Class A-3 Certificates on such Distribution Date, applied first to interest and then to principal, which amount shall be sum of (i) the pro rata portion of any moneys released from the Pre-Funding Account as a prepayment of principal on the Class A-3 Certificates pursuant to Section 6.01(g) hereof and (ii) the lesser of (x) the Class A-3 Formula Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date or (y) the amount (including any applicable portion of any Insured Payment) available for distribution on account of the Class A-3 Certificates for such Distribution Date.
