Class A-3 Notes definition

Class A-3 Notes means the 0.38% Asset Backed Notes, Class A-3, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-3 to the Indenture.

Class A-3 Notes means the Class of Auto Loan Asset Backed Notes designated as Class A-3 Notes, issued in accordance with the Indenture.

Class A-3 Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

• The Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes, the Class A-4 Notes, the Class B Notes and the Class C Notes (collectively, the “Notes”) are and will be equally and ratably secured by the collateral pledged as security therefor as provided in the Indenture and subject to the subordination provisions therein.

More Definitions of Class A-3 Notes

Class A-3 Notes means the Class A-3 Asset Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-3.

Class A-3 Notes means the 6.150% Asset Backed Notes, Class A-3, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Class A-3 Notes means $301,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the Issuer’s 5.49% Class A‑3 Asset Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Indenture.

Class A-3 Notes means the 5.28% Class A-3 Asset-backed Notes issued by the Issuer pursuant to the Indenture in the initial aggregate principal amount of $458,400,000.
