Class A-4 Certificate definition
Class A-4 Certificate. Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-4 hereto.
Class A-4 Certificate. Any one of the Certificates with a “Class A-4” designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of “regular interests” in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class A-4 Certificate. Any one of the Certificates designated on the face thereof as a Class A-4 Certificate, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-4 authenticated and delivered by the Trustee, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein and each evidencing an interest designated as a "regular interest" in REMIC I created hereunder for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
More Definitions of Class A-4 Certificate
Class A-4 Certificate means any Certificate designated as a "Class A-4 Certificate" on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit B-4 hereto, and authenticated by the Trustee in accordance with the procedures set forth herein.
Class A-4 Certificate. Any one of the Class A-4 Certificates, executed by the Depositor and authenticated by the Trustee, senior in right of payment to the Class M and Class B Certificates, substantially in the form of the Class A Certificate set forth in Exhibit C hereto.
Class A-4 Certificate. Any one of the Class A-4 Certificates executed, authenticated and delivered by the Trust Administrator, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-4 and evidencing (i) a Regular Interest in REMIC III, (ii) the right to receive the Net WAC Rate Carryover Amount and (iii) the obligation to pay the Class IO Distribution Amount.
Class A-4 Certificate. Any Certificate designated as a “Class A-4 Certificate” on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit A-1 hereto, representing the right to its Percentage Interest of distributions provided for the Class A-4 Certificates as set forth herein and evidencing (i) a REMIC Regular Interest in REMIC III, (ii) the right to receive the related Basis Risk Shortfall and (iii) the obligation to pay any Class IO Distribution Amount.
Class A-4 Certificate. Any Certificate designated as a "Class A-4 Certificate" on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit A hereto. The Class A-4 Certificates shall be issued with an initial aggregate Certificate Principal Balance equal to the Original Certificate Principal Balance therefor.
Class A-4 Certificate means any one of the Class A-4 Certificates executed and delivered by the Trustee and authenticated by the Certificate Registrar substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit A and evidencing an interest designated as a "regular interest" in the Trust for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class A-4 Certificate. A Certificate designated as “Class A-4” on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit A-1 hereto, and evidencing undivided beneficial ownership of the related Exchangeable Class Specific Grantor Trust Assets for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
