Class A-4 Distribution Amount definition

Class A-4 Distribution Amount. With respect to any Payment Date, the sum of (x) the Class A-4 Current Interest, (y) the Class A-4 Interest Carry Forward Amount and (z) the Group I Class A Principal Distribution Amount payable to the Owners of the Class A-4 Certificates pursuant to Section 7.03(f) hereof.

Class A-4 Distribution Amount. As to any Remittance Date, the aggregate amount distributed on the Class A-4 Certificates on such Remittance Date pursuant to Section 6.01.

Class A-4 Distribution Amount means, for any Payment Date, the amount to be distributed to the Class A-4 Certificateholders pursuant to Sections 8.04 and 8.10 on such Payment Date.

Examples of Class A-4 Distribution Amount in a sentence

• On the 25th day of each month, or, if such day is not a Business Day, then the next succeeding Business Day (each such day being a "Payment Date") commencing April 26, 1999, the Owners of the Class A-4 Certificates as of the close of business on the last day of the calendar month immediately preceding the calendar month in which a Payment Date occurs (the "Record Date") will be entitled to receive the Class A-4 Distribution Amount relating to such Certificate on such Payment Date.

• On the 15th day of each month, or, if such day is not a Business Day, then the next succeeding Business Day (each such day being a "Payment Date") commencing July 15, 1998, the Owners of the Class A-4 Certificates as of the close of business on the last day of the calendar month immediately preceding the calendar month in which a Payment Date occurs (the "Record Date") will be entitled to receive the Class A-4 Distribution Amount relating to such Certificate on such Payment Date.

More Definitions of Class A-4 Distribution Amount

Class A-4 Distribution Amount means, for any Payment Date, that portion of the Class A Distribution Amount to be distributed to the Class A-4 Certificateholders pursuant to Section 8.04(b) on such Payment Date.
