Class A-5 Pass-Through Rate. With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to a fixed rate of 5.58600%, subject to a maximum rate equal to the Weighted Average Net Mortgage Rate for such Distribution Date.
Class A-5 Pass-Through Rate. For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.616%.
Class A-5 Pass-Through Rate. For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to the lesser of (a) 3.37400% and (b) the WAC Rate for such Distribution Date.
