Class A Certificate. Any Class A-1 Certificate, Class A-2 Certificate, Class A-3 Certificate, Class A-4 Certificate, Class A-5 Certificate, Class A-6 Certificate or Class A-7 Certificate.

Class A Certificate. Any one of the Class A-1 or Class A-2 Certificates.

Class A Certificate. A Certificate executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-1 hereto and designated as a Class A Certificate.

• Unless the certificate of authentication hereon has been executed by or on behalf of the Trustee, by manual signature, this Class A Certificate shall not be entitled to any benefit under the Agreement or the Supplement or be valid for any purpose.

• Unless the certificate of authentication hereon has been executed by or on behalf of the Trustee, by manual signature, this Class A Certificate shall not be entitled to any benefit under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, or be valid for any purpose.

More Definitions of Class A Certificate

Class A Certificate. Any one of the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class A-P or Class A-V Certificates, executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Certificate Registrar substantially in the form annexed to the Standard Terms as Exhibit A.
