Examples of Class A Director in a sentence
Any vote by stockholders on the removal of a Class A Director shall only be by the class vote of the holders of Class A Shares.
Any vacancy occurring for any reason in a Class A Director position (including the death, removal or resignation of a Class A Director) may be filled only by the Class A Members.
A Class A Director may be removed at any time, with or without cause, by the majority vote of the holders of the Class A Units.
