Class A Director definition

Class A Director means any Class A Nominee who is elected or appointed as a Class A Director of the Company and is then serving in such capacity.

Class A Director means any member of the AK Board nominated by the Class A Holders.

Class A Director means each individual elected by the Investor to serve as a member of the Board of Directors pursuant to the terms and subject to the conditions of Section 8 hereof.

Class A Director means a Director elected by holders of the Class A Common Stock pursuant to the Articles of Incorporation.
