Class A Director definition

Class A Director means any member of the AK Board nominated by the Class A Holders.
Class A Director means a Director appointed by the Class A Member.
Class A Director means each individual elected by the Investor to serve as a member of the Board of Directors pursuant to the terms and subject to the conditions of Section 8 hereof.

Examples of Class A Director in a sentence

  • Any vacancy occurring for any reason in a Class A Director position (including the death, removal or resignation of a Class A Director) may be filled only by the Class A Members.
