Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, each of Pentland and Subco has delivered to the Trustee certificates for all Class A Exchangeable Shares (together with the Ancillary Rights relating thereto) owned by it.
If the Trustee shall receive, as a dividend or other distribution upon any Trust Shares, any additional Class A Exchangeable Shares or other Voting Securities, the Trustee shall within two Business Days deposit the same in the relevant Beneficiary Account with respect to such Trust Shares.

Such Class A Exchangeable Shares or other Voting Securities shall be and become subject to all of the terms and conditions hereof to the same extent as if originally deposited hereunder pursuant to Section 2.01.
