Examples of Class A Interest Amount in a sentence
If any Class A Interest Amount remains unpaid after three (3) Business Days following the relevant Payment Date during the Revolving Period or the Normal Redemption, an Accelerated Redemption Event shall occur.
If the Calculation Agent determines that any Class A Interest Amount Arrears will arise on a Payment Date, notice to this effect will be given to the Issuer, the Paying Agents, the Representative of the Noteholders, the Irish Stock Exchange and any other relevant stock exchange and (if so required by the rules of the relevant stock exchange) will cause the same to be published in accordance with Condition 13 (Notices) one Business Day prior to such Payment Date.
The Class A Notes will rank in priority to the Class B Notes.(ii) Payments of interest on the Class A Notes and any Additional Interest Amounts (whether positive or negative, but if negative the sum of the Class A Interest Amount and the Additional Interest Amount shall be no lower than zero) will rank pro rata and pari passu between themselves and in priority to payments of interest on the Class B Notes and payments of interest on the Class B Notes will rank pro rata and pari passu among themselves.
For the avoidance of doubt, any shortfall in the Class A Interest Amount shall represent an Issuer Event of Default.
Any shortfall in the Class A Interest Amount or in the Class B Interest Amount according to the applicable Priority of Payments on a Payment Date will not be payable on that Payment Date but will become payable on subsequent Payment Dates if and to the extent that funds may be used for this purpose in accordance with the applicable Priority of Payments.
