Class A Lender definition

Class A Lender means (i) any Class A Committed Lender or (ii) any Class A Conduit Lender.
Class A Lender means each Person listed on the signature pages hereto as a Class A Lender, and each other Person that may from time to time become party hereto as a Class A Lender or to any Assignment and Assumption in the capacity of a Class A Lender.
Class A Lender means each Lender in respect of the Class A Loan.

More Definitions of Class A Lender

Class A Lender means each Person listed on Schedule 1-B, a Class A Lender and any other Person that shall have become a party hereto as a Class A Lender in accordance with the terms hereof, other than any such Person that ceases to be a party hereto pursuant to an Assignment and Acceptance.
