  • The chairman of any meeting will be a person nominated in writing by the General Partner unless some other person is appointed chairman by a Partnership Special Resolution approved by the holders of Class A LP Units.

  • The holders of the Class A LP Units shall have the right to one vote for each Class A LP Unit held in respect of all matters to be decided by the Limited Partners.
