Class A Maximum Invested Amount definition

Class A Maximum Invested Amount means, on any date of determination, the sum of the Maximum Purchaser Group Invested Amounts with respect to each of the Purchaser Groups on such date. The Class A Maximum Invested Amount shall be reduced by the Maximum Purchaser Group Invested Amount of each Non-Extending Purchaser Group on the Scheduled Expiry Date with respect to such Purchaser Group.

Class A Maximum Invested Amount means, on any date of determination, the sum of the Class A Maximum Purchaser Group Invested Amounts with respect to each of the Purchaser Groups on such date. The Class A Maximum Invested Amount shall be reduced by the Class A Maximum Purchaser Group Invested Amount of each Non-Extending Purchaser Group on the Class A Scheduled Expiry Date with respect to such Purchaser Group to the extent such Non-Extending Purchaser Group does not assign all of its rights and obligations under this Supplement and the Series 2010-6 Notes to a replacement Purchaser Group as provided in Section 2.6(d).

Class A Maximum Invested Amount means $200,000,000.

Examples of Class A Maximum Invested Amount in a sentence

• The aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Class A Notes may be increased (subject to the Class A Maximum Invested Amount) through the funding of Class A Advances.

• On the A&R Effective Date, the aggregate notional amount of all Series 2015-3 Interest Rate Caps shall equal the Class A Maximum Invested Amount, and the aggregate notional amount of all Series 2015-3 Interest Rate Caps may be reduced pursuant to the related Series 2015-3 Interest Rate Cap to the extent that the Class A Maximum Invested Amount is reduced after the A&R Effective Date.

• ABRCF shall acquire one or more additional Series 2015-3 Interest Rate Caps in connection with any increase of the Class A Maximum Invested Amount such that the aggregate notional amounts of all Series 2015-3 Interest Rate Caps shall equal the Class A Maximum Invested Amount after giving effect to such increase.

• The Class A Notes (i) can be funded by Class A Advances on any Class A Funding Date in a minimum amount of $2,000,000 and any higher amount (subject to the Class A Maximum Invested Amount), and (ii) subject to subsequent Class A Advances pursuant to this SECTION 2.11(A), are subject to prepayment in whole or in part, at the option of the Issuer as provided in ARTICLE X herein.

• On the date hereof pursuant to the First Amendment, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, NY Agency, is joining the Indenture Supplement as a Non-Conduit Purchaser (the “New Non-Conduit Purchaser”) with a Class A Maximum Purchaser Group Invested Amount of $70,000,000, the Class A Maximum Purchaser Group Invested Amounts with respect to certain of the existing Purchaser Groups are increasing and the Class A Maximum Invested Amount is thereby being increased to $875,000,000.

Class A Maximum Invested Amount has the meaning set forth in Schedule I attached hereto.
