Class A Monthly Interest Amount definition

Class A Monthly Interest Amount means, with respect to any Series 2022-3 Interest Period, an amount equal to the Class Interest Amount for the Class A Notes.
Class A Monthly Interest Amount means, for any Payment Date, the amount of interest accrued during the related Interest Period at the Class A Interest Rate on the Class A Note Balance as of the close of business on the immediately preceding Payment Date, calculated on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months (or in the case of the Initial Payment Date, the period from (and including) the Closing Date to (but excluding) the Initial Payment Date).

Class A Monthly Interest Amount means, with respect to any Interest Payment Date, an amount equal to the product of (calculated for each day during the related Interest Period) (a) the Class A Interest Rate, (b) the Class A Revolving Loans outstanding on such day and (c) a fraction the numerator of which is equal to the actual number of days comprising such Interest Period and the denominator of which is equal to 360.
Class A Monthly Interest Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to the sum of: (i) the Class A Daily Interest Amount for each day in the Series 2021-A Interest Period ending on the Determination Date related to such Payment Date; plus (ii) all previously due and unpaid amounts described in clause (i) with respect to prior Series 2021-A Interest Periods (together with interest on such unpaid amounts required to be paid in this clause (ii) at the Class A Note Rate); plus (iii) the Class A Undrawn Fee with respect to each Class A Investor Group for such Payment Date; plus (iv) the applicable Class A Program Fee with respect to each Class A Investor Group for such Payment Date; plus (v) the Class A CP True-Up Payment Amounts, if any, owing to each Class A Noteholder on such Payment Date.

Class A Monthly Interest Amount means, (a) with respect to the initial Series 2018-1 Interest Period, an amount equal to the product of (i) the Class A Note Rate, (ii) the Class A Initial Principal Amount, and (iii) 31/360, and (b) with respect to each Series 2018-1 Interest Period thereafter, an amount equal to sum of (i) the product of (A) one-twelfth of the Class A Note Rate, and (B) the Class A Principal Amount as of the first day of such Series 2018-1 Interest Period, after giving effect to any principal payments made on such date, plus (ii) the aggregate amount of any unpaid Class A Deficiency Amounts, after giving effect to all payments made on the preceding Payment Date (together with any accrued interest on such Class A Deficiency Amounts at the Class A Note Rate).
