Class A Noteholders’ Interest Distribution Amount definition

Class A Noteholders’ Interest Distribution Amount means, for any distribution date, the sum of: • the amount of interest accrued at the class A note interest rates for the related accrual period on the aggregate outstanding principal balances of all classes of class A notes on the immediately preceding distribution date, after giving effect to all principal distributions to class A noteholders on that preceding distribution date; and • the Class A Note Interest Shortfall for that distribution date.
Class A Noteholders’ Interest Distribution Amount means, for any Distribution Date, the sum of: (1) the amount of interest accrued at the Class A-1 Rate, the Class A-2 Rate, the Class A-3 Rate, the Class A-4 Rate or the Class A-5 Rate, as applicable, for the related Accrual Period on the Outstanding Amount of all classes of Class A Notes on the immediately preceding Distribution Date(s) after giving effect to all principal distributions to Class A Noteholders on that preceding Distribution Date or, in the case of the first Distribution Date, on the Closing Date, and (2) the Class A Note Interest Shortfall for that Distribution Date.
Class A Noteholders’ Interest Distribution Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the amount of interest accrued at the Class A-1 Rate, the Class A-2 Rate, the Class A-3 Rate or the Class A-4 Rate, as applicable, for the related Accrual Period with respect to all classes of Class A Notes on the aggregate outstanding principal balances of these classes of Class A Notes (a) on the immediately preceding Distribution Date after giving effect to all principal distributions to Class A Noteholders on such preceding Distribution Date or (b) in the case of the first Distribution Date, on the Closing Date; and (ii) the Class A Note Interest Shortfall for such Distribution Date.

Class A Noteholders’ Interest Distribution Amount means, for any Distribution Date, the sum of: (1) the amount of interest accrued at the class A note interest rates for the related accrual period on the aggregate outstanding principal balances of all classes of LIBOR-Based Class A Notes or the amount payable with respect to interest to the Currency Swap Counterparty under the currency swap with respect to the EURIBOR-Based Notes on the immediately preceding Distribution Date (or in the case of the first Distribution Date, the closing date) after giving effect to all principal distributions to LIBOR-Based Class A Noteholders and the Currency Swap Counterparty with respect to the EURIBOR-Based Class A Noteholders on that preceding Distribution Date, and (2) the Class A Note Interest Shortfall for that Distribution Date.
Class A Noteholders’ Interest Distribution Amount shall have the meaning assigned to such term in a Supplemental Indenture.
