Examples of Class A Notes in a sentence
Each of (i) the subordination of interest payments to the Noteholders of the Class B Notes to the payment of any First Priority Principal Payment to the Noteholders of the Class A Notes and (ii) the subordination of interest payments to the Noteholders of the Class C Notes to the payment of any Second Priority Principal Payment to the Noteholders of the Class A Notes and the Class B Notes under Section 8.2(c) is a subordination agreement within the meaning of Section 510(a) of the Bankruptcy Code.
The Trust proposes to sell the Class A Notes and the Class C Notes in the amounts as set forth on Schedule I to the several underwriters (each, an “Underwriter”), for whom BofA Securities, Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx & Co. LLC and Xxxxx Fargo Securities, LLC are acting as representatives (collectively, the “Representatives”).
The Class A Notes and the Class C Notes are hereinafter referred to as the “Underwritten Notes”.
To the extent lawful and enforceable, interest on any interest that is not paid when due on any Class A-1 Notes, or if no Class A-1 Notes are Outstanding, any Class A-2 Notes, or if no Class A Notes are Outstanding, any Class B Notes, or if no Class A Notes or Class B Notes are Outstanding, any Class C Notes, , shall accrue at the Interest Rate for such Class until paid as provided herein.
