Upon any Class A Incremental Funding, the Class A Principal Balance, the Collateral Amount and the Allocation Percentage shall increase as provided herein.
The increase in the Class A Principal Balance shall be allocated to the Class A Notes held by the Class A Noteholders from which purchase prices were received in connection with the Class A Incremental Funding in proportion to the amount of such purchase prices received.
The amount of Available Principal Collections available for distribution pursuant to Section 5.4(c) 28 shall be allocated to each Class A Ownership Group based on a pro rata basis based on the relative proportion of their respective Tranche Invested Amounts as a percentage of the Class A Principal Balance.
