Examples of Class A Purchasers in a sentence

  • Each Class A Advance made by the Class A Purchasers hereunder is subject to the interests of the Hedge Counterparties under Section 2.9(a)(1) and Section 2.10(a)(1) of this Agreement.

  • In the event any Agent receives such a notice, it shall promptly give notice thereof to the Class A Purchasers in its Purchaser Group.

  • Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default (other than an Event of Default described in Section 5.1(iii) or (iv) of the Indenture), the Administrative Agent may with the consent of the Majority Class A Purchasers, and, at the direction of the Majority Class A Purchasers, the Administrative Agent shall declare the Purchase Termination Date to have occurred, whereupon the Commitments of the Committed Purchasers, if any, hereunder shall terminate.
