Class A Stock definition

Class A Stock means the Company's Class A Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share.

Class A Stock means the Class A Common Stock, par value $.001 per share, of the Company, which is comprised of Class A-1 Common Stock, Class A-2 Common Stock, Class A-3 Common Stock and Class A-4 Common Stock.
