Class A Stock means the Class A Common Stock, par value $0.001 per share, of the Company, which is comprised of Class A-1 Common Stock, Class A-2 Common Stock, Class A-3 Common Stock, Class A-4 Common Stock, Class A-5 Common Stock, Class A-6 Common Stock, Class A-7 Common Stock and Class A-8 Common Stock.
