Examples of Class A Warrants in a sentence
On the Closing Date, the Company will issue and deliver Class A Warrants to the Subscribers.
The Class A Warrants shall be exercisable until five years after the issue date of the Warrants.
On and after the redemption date the holders of record of redeemed Class A Warrants shall be entitled to payment of the Redemption Price upon surrender of such redeemed Class A Warrants to the Company at the office of the Warrant Agent designated for that purpose.
