Class A Warrants definition

Class A Warrants means, collectively, the Common Stock purchase warrants delivered to the Purchasers at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.2(a) hereof, which Warrants shall be exercisable immediately and have a term of exercise equal to five (5) years, in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto.
Class A Warrants shall have the meaning assigned in the recitals hereto.

Examples of Class A Warrants in a sentence

  • On the Closing Date, the Company will issue and deliver Class A Warrants to the Subscribers.

Class A Warrants means, collectively, the Common Share Purchase Warrants delivered to the Underwriters in accordance with Section 2.1(a) and Section 2.2, which Warrants shall be exercisable immediately and have a term of exercise equal to five (5) years, in the form of Exhibit B-1 attached hereto.
