Class A-X Notional Amount definition
Class A-X Notional Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the aggregate Scheduled Principal Balance of the Non-Discount Mortgage Loans.
Class A-X Notional Amount. As of the Closing Date approximately $10,659,394, and thereafter, with respect to any Distribution Date will equal the total Principal Balance, as of the first day of the month preceding such Distribution Date (after giving effect to all payments scheduled to be made on such day whether or not received), of the Premium Loans multiplied by the following fraction: the weighted average of the Pass-Through Rates of the Premium Loans as of the first day of such month minus 6.75% ----------------------------------------------------------- 6.75%
