Class A2 Noteholders means the holders of the Class A2 Notes from time to time.

Class A2 Noteholders means the registered holders of any Class A2 Notes from time to time. “Class B Noteholders” means the registered holders of any Class B Notes from time to time.

Class A2 Noteholders means the persons who are for the time being the holders of the Class A2 Notes, which expression shall mean, whilst any Class A2 Global Note remains Outstanding in relation to the Class A2 Notes represented thereby, each person who is for the time being shown in the records of the Clearing System through which interests in the Class A2 Global Note, as applicable, are held as the holder of a particular principal amount of such Class A2 Notes for all purposes (in which regard any certificate or other document issued by the Clearing System as to the principal amount of Class A2 Notes represented by the global note standing to the account of any person shall be conclusive and binding for all purposes) other than with respect to the payment of any principal and interest on such Class A2 Notes, the right to which shall be vested, as against the Issuer, solely in the bearer of the Class A2 Note, as applicable, in accordance with and subject to its terms and the terms of the Trust Deed and “holder” (in respect of Class A2 Notes) shall be construed accordingly.
