Class Action Settlement definition

Class Action Settlement means that settlement set forth in this Settlement Agreement.

Class Action Settlement means the resolution of the Class Action in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Settlement Agreement.

Class Action Settlement means that certain settlement of the Class Action approved on a final basis by the United States District Court for the North District of New York, and the related posting of the M&T Letter of Credit on May 7, 2020.

• The Notice of Class Action Settlement, substantially similar to the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, subject to Court approval.

• Skechers will promptly direct the Class Action Settlement Administrator to serve the Class Notice on counsel for any Class Members who subsequently initiate litigation, arbitration, or other proceedings against Skechers relating to claims alleging events occurring during the Class Period, the Eligible Shoes, and/or otherwise involving the Release.

More Definitions of Class Action Settlement

Class Action Settlement as used herein shall mean the terms and conditions of the settlement of the Action.
