Class B-3 Certificates. All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class B-3".
Class B-3 Certificates. The Certificates designated as “Class B-3” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Class B-3 Certificates. The Certificates designated as “Class B-3” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A. Class B-3-L Regular Interest: The uncertificated undivided beneficial interest in REMIC I which constitutes a REMIC I Regular Interest and is entitled to distributions as set forth herein.
More Definitions of Class B-3 Certificates
Class B-3 Certificates. Any Certificate designated as a "Class B-3 Certificate" on the face thereof, executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein.
Class B-3 Certificates. All Certificates bearing the class designation of “Class B-3,” and evidencing (i) a REMIC Regular Interest in REMIC III, (ii) the right to receive the related Basis Risk CarryForward Amount and (iii) the obligation to pay any Class IO Distribution Amount.
Class B-3 Certificates. Any one of the Class B-3 Certificates as designated on the face thereof substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit B-1, executed by the Securities Administrator and authenticated and delivered by the Securities Administrator, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein and therein and evidencing a REMIC Regular Interest in REMIC 2.
Class B-3 Certificates. The Certificates designated as "Class B-3" on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A-14. The Class B-3 Certificates, all of which are related to the Mortgage Loans both in Loan Group I and Loan Group II, shall be entitled to receive distributions related to such Mortgage Loans.
Class B-3 Certificates. The Class 1B-3 Certificates or the Class 2B-3 Certificates, as applicable.
Class B-3 Certificates. The Class B-3 Certificates created pursuant to Section 3 hereof.
Class B-3 Certificates means those Certificates issued by the Trust in substantially the form of Exhibit B-13 hereto.
