Class B-3I definition

Class B-3I or "Class C" means ----------------------------------------------------------------- pertaining to each Class of Class A Certificates, Class M Certificates, Class B Certificates, Class B-3I Certificates and/or Class C Certificates, as the case may be.
Class B-3I. Class P" or "Class R" means pertaining to Class AF Certificates, Class AF-IO Certificates, Class MF Certificates, Class BF Certificates, Class AV Certificates, Class AV-IO Certificates, Class MV Certificates, Class BV Certificates, Class B-3I Certificates, the Class P Certificate and/or the Class R Certificate, as the case may be.

Examples of Class B-3I in a sentence

  • The Servicer shall prepare and furnish to the Trustee the statements specified below relating to the Class A Certificates, Class M-1 Certificates, Class M-2 Certificates, Class B-1 Certificates, Class B-2 Certificates and Class B-3I Certificates on or before the third Business Day next preceding each Remittance Date.

  • The Class B-3I, Class C Master, and Class C Subsidiary Certificates shall be issuable in Percentage Interests and shall each be evidenced by a single certificate issued on the Closing Date to Green Tree Finance Corp.-Two.

  • Any Class B-2 Certificateholder, Class B-3I Certificateholder or Class C Certificateholder desiring to effect such transfer shall, and does hereby agree to, indemnify the Trustee, the Originator and the Certificate Registrar against any liability that may result if the transfer is not so exempt or is not made in accordance with such federal and state laws.

  • Any Class B-3I Certificateholder, Class C Subsidiary Certificateholder or Class C Master Certificateholder desiring to effect such transfer shall, and does hereby agree to, indemnify the Trustee, the Company and the Certificate Registrar against any liability that may result if the transfer is not so exempt or is not made in accordance with such federal and state laws.

  • The Class B-3I, Class C Master, and Class C Subsidiary Certificates shall be issuable in Percentage Interests and shall each be evidenced by a single certificate issued on the Closing Date to Green Tree Finance Corp.--Two.

  • Credit for any other coursework outside the faculty member’s field of teaching responsibility will not be given except as provided in b and c above.

  • The Class A, the Class M, the Class B, the Class B-3I and the Class C Master Certificates shall be substantially in the forms set forth in Exhibits A, B, C-1, C-2 and K, respectively, and shall, on original issue, be executed by the Trustee on behalf of the Trust to or upon the order of the Company.

  • To the extent applicable and not contrary to the rules of the Depository, the Trustee shall comply with the provisions of the form of the Certificates as set forth in Exhibits A through C hereto, the Class B-3I Certificate as set forth in Exhibit I hereto and the Class R Certificate as set forth in Exhibit Q hereto.

  • Any Class B-3I Certificateholder, Class C Subsidiary Certificateholder or Class C Master Certificateholder desiring to effect such transfer shall, and does hereby agree to, indemnify the Trustee, the Originator and the Certificate Registrar against any liability that may result if the transfer is not so exempt or is not made in accordance with such federal and state laws.

  • Each Class B-3I or Class R Certificateholder, by his acceptance thereof, shall be deemed for all purposes to have consented to the provisions of this Section 9.02(b)(3).

Related to Class B-3I

  • Class B-3 Pass-Through Rate For the first Distribution Date, 4.120% per annum. As of any Distribution Date thereafter, the least of (1) One-Month LIBOR plus the Class B-3 Margin, (2) the Weighted Maximum Rate Cap and (3) the Available Funds Cap for such Distribution Date.

  • Class B-3 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class B-3".

  • Class B-3 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B-3 and Exhibit C hereto. Class B-3 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class B-3 Certificate.

  • Class M-1 Interest Carry Forward Amount As of any Distribution Date, the sum of (1) the excess of (A) the Class M-1 Current Interest with respect to prior Distribution Dates over (B) the amount actually distributed to the Class M-1 Certificates with respect to interest on such prior Distribution Dates and (2) interest on such excess (to the extent permitted by applicable law) at the Class M-1 Pass-Through Rate for the related Accrual Period.

  • Class B-4 Certificates The Certificates designated as “Class B-4” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Class A-5 Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.1156%.

  • Class B-3 Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-3 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d). Except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B-3 Certificates are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), the Class B-3 Percentage for such Distribution Date will be zero.

  • Class B-5 Certificates The Certificates designated as “Class B-5” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Class B-6 Certificates The Certificates designated as “Class B-6” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Class B-4 Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-4 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d). Except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B-4 Certificates are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), the Class B-4 Percentage for such Distribution Date will be zero.

  • Class B-2 Pass-Through Rate For the first Distribution Date, 6.850% per annum. As of any Distribution Date thereafter, the least of (1) One-Month LIBOR plus the Class B-2 Margin,

  • Class A-3 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-3".

  • Class A-4 Pass-Through Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.6250%.

  • Class B-4 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B-4 and Exhibit C hereto. Class B-4 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class B-4 Certificate.

  • Class B-1 Pass-Through Rate For the first Distribution Date, 6.3300% per annum. As of any Distribution Date thereafter, the least of (1) One-Month LIBOR plus the Class B-1 Margin, (2) the Weighted Average Available Funds Cap for such Distribution Date and (3) the Weighted Average Maximum Rate Cap for such Distribution Date.

  • Original Class B-3 Percentage The Class B-3 Percentage as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.10.

  • Class A-3 Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 2.8600%.

  • Class A-3 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class A-5 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-5 and Exhibit C hereto. Class A-5 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class A-5 Certificate.

  • Class B-2 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class B-2".

  • Class B-3 Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, any amount distributable to the Holders of the Class B-3 Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs eleventh, twelfth and thirteenth of Section 4.01(a).

  • Class C Class D," "Class E," "Class F," "Class G," "Class H," "Class J," "Class K," "Class L," "Class M," "Class N," "Class O," "Class R-I," "Class R-II" and "Class R-III" respectively, on the face thereof, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibits.
