Class B Invested Amount definition
Class B Invested Amount means, on any date of determination, an amount equal to (a) the Class B Initial Invested Amount, minus (b) the aggregate amount of principal payments made to the Class B Certificateholders prior to such date, minus (c) the aggregate amount of Class B Investor Charge-Offs for all prior Distribution Dates, minus (d) the amount of Reallocated Principal Collections allocated on all prior Distribution Dates pursuant to subsection 4.08(a) (excluding any Reallocated Principal Collections that have resulted in a reduction in the Collateral Invested Amount pursuant to Section 4.08), minus (e) an amount equal to the amount by which the Class B Invested Amount has been reduced on all prior Distribution Dates pursuant to subsection 4.06(a) and plus (f) the amount of Excess Spread and Excess Finance Charge Collections allocated and available on all prior Distribution Dates pursuant to subsection 4.07(e) for the purpose of reimbursing amounts deducted pursuant to the foregoing clauses (c), (d) and (e); provided, however, that the Class B Invested Amount may not be reduced below zero.
Class B Invested Amount means, when used with respect to any date, an amount equal to (a) the Class B Initial Invested Amount minus (b) the amount of principal payments made to Class B Noteholders on or prior to such date.
Class B Invested Amount means, when used with respect to any date, an amount equal to (a) the Class B Initial Invested Amount, minus (b) the aggregate amount of principal payments made to Class B Certificateholders prior to such date (other than any principal payments made to Class B Certificateholders from the proceeds of a Reimbursement Draw Amount pursuant to Section 4.11(f)), minus (c) the aggregate amount of Class B Investor Charge-Offs for all prior Distribution Dates pursuant to Section 4.08(b), minus (d) the aggregate amount of Subordinated Principal Collections allocated on all prior Distribution Dates pursuant to Section 4.10(a) (excluding any Subordinated Principal Collections that have resulted in a reduction in the CCA Invested Amount pursuant to Section 4.08(c)), minus (e) an amount equal to the amount by which the Class B Invested Amount has been reduced on all prior Distribution Dates pursuant to Section 4.08(a), and plus (f) the sum of (i) the aggregate amount of any Allocable Miscellaneous Payments allocated and available on all prior Distribution Dates pursuant to Section 4.08(b)(i) and (ii) the amount of Excess Finance Charge Collections allocated and available on all prior Distribution Dates pursuant to Section 4.09(f), for the purpose of reimbursing amounts deducted pursuant to the foregoing clauses (c), (d) and (e); provided, however, that the Class B Invested Amount may not be reduced below zero.

All Reallocated Principal Collections with respect to the Collateral Invested Amount shall be applied prior to applying any such Reallocated Principal Collections with respect to the Class B Invested Amount.
The aggregate interest represented by the Class B Certificates at any time in the Principal Receivables in the Trust shall not exceed an amount equal to the Class B Invested Amount at such time.
Class B Investor Charge-Offs shall thereafter be reimbursed and the Class B Invested Amount increased (but not by an amount in excess of the aggregate unreimbursed Class B Investor Charge-Offs) on any Distribution Date by the amount of Excess Spread and Excess Finance Charge Collections allocated and available for that purpose pursuant to subsection 4.07(e).
In the event that such reduction would cause the Collateral Invested Amount (after giving effect to any Collateral Charge-Offs for such Distribution Date) to be a negative number, the Collateral Invested Amount (after giving effect to any Collateral Charge-Offs for such Distribution Date) shall be reduced to zero and the Class B Invested Amount shall be reduced by the amount by which the Collateral Invested Amount would have been reduced below zero.
In general, payments of principal with respect to the Class B Certificates are limited to the Class B Invested Amount, which may be less than the unpaid principal balance of the Class B Certificates.
More Definitions of Class B Invested Amount
Class B Invested Amount means, as of a date, an amount (not less than zero) equal to (a) the initial Note Balance of the Class B Notes, minus (b) the aggregate amount of any principal payments made to the Noteholders of the Class B Notes before that date, minus (c) the cumulative amount of unreimbursed Investor Charge-Offs applied to reduce the Class B Invested Amount under Section 4.3 of the Indenture Supplement before that date, minus (d) the cumulative amount of unreimbursed Reallocated Principal Collections applied to reduce the Class B Invested Amount under Section 4.4 of the Indenture Supplement before that date.
