Class B Lender definition

Class B Lender means each Person listed on Schedule 1-B, as a Class B Lender and any other Person that shall have become a party hereto as a Class B Lender in accordance with the terms hereof, other than any such Person that ceases to be a party hereto pursuant to an Assignment and Acceptance.
Class B Lender means each Lender that has a Class B Commitment or that holds a Class B Loan.
Class B Lender means each Lender having a Term Loan Commitment or holding a portion of the Term Loan.

  • Any waiver consent or approval given by the Administrative Agent under this Agreement or any other Loan Document shall be binding upon each Class A Lender and each Class B Lender and their respective successors and permitted assigns.

More Definitions of Class B Lender

Class B Lender means each financial institution listed on the signature pages hereto as a Class B Lender, and any other Person that becomes a party hereto as a Class B Lender pursuant to an Assignment Agreement. Each Class B Lender, as of the Closing Date, is listed on Schedule 1.1(b) hereto.
Class B Lender means (i) any Class B Committed Lender or (ii) any Class B Conduit Lender.
Class B Lender means each Person listed on the signature pages hereto as a Class B Lender, and each other Person that may from time to time become party hereto as a Class B Lender or to any Assignment and Assumption in the capacity of a Class B Lender.
