Class B LP Unit definition

Class B LP Unit means a unit of interest in the LP designated as a Class B LP Unit and having the rights and attributes described in the LP Agreement with respect thereto, including the right of a holder thereof to exchange such unit for a Trust Unit;

Class B LP Unit means the Class B limited partnership units of the Partnership.

Class B LP Unit means a voting Class B limited partnership unit of the Partnership. “Class B Trust Unit” means a voting Class B trust unit of the Trust.

Examples of Class B LP Unit in a sentence

• A Special Voting Unit will be issued in tandem with each Class B LP Unit issued.

• Each Class B LP Unit and Class D LP Unit is entitled to one special voting unit, which will entitle the holder to receive notice of, attend and vote at all meetings of the Trust.

• Each Class B LP Unit is accompanied by a Special Voting Unit, which entitles the holder to receive notice of, attend and vote at all meetings of Unitholders.

Class B LP Unit or “Exchangeable Unit” means a Class B limited partnership unit of NWI Healthcare Properties LP (“NWI LP”), exchangeable for Trust Units;

Class B LP Unit means a unit of interest in the Limited Partnership designated as a Class B LP Unit and having the rights and attributes described in the Limited Partnership Agreement with respect thereto;

Class B LP Unit or “Exchangeable Unit” means a Class B limited partnership unit of NWI Healthcare Properties LP (“NWI LP”), exchangeable for Trust Units, all of which were exchanged into REIT units on January 15, 2024;
