Class B Majority definition

Class B Majority means Class B Members holding a majority ---------------- of the Series B Common Units.
Class B Majority has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(a).
Class B Majority means, as of any time, the Members holding a majority of the Class B Units then issued and outstanding.

  • At the election of holders of a majority of the then outstanding shares of Class B Common Stock (the "Class B Majority"), the Company shall redeem all (but not less than all) of the Class B Common Stock at the Redemption Price (as defined below), out of funds legally available therefor and on the terms set forth in this section, if the Class B Majority delivers a notice of its election to require such redemption (the "Redemption Request") to the Secretary of the Company during any Redemption Window.
