Class B Majority definition

Class B Majority means Class B Members holding a majority of the Series B Common Units.
Class B Majority has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(a).
Class B Majority means the consent of the Class B Members holding Class B Units that represent more than fifty percent (50%) of the Class B Units of the Company.

  • As used herein, “Designated Directors” means the directors elected to the Board of Directors pursuant to the Class B Designation Rights, provided that a director shall be deemed to be a Designated Director only if specifically identified as such in writing by the Class B Majority at the time of his or her election to the Board of Directors or at any time thereafter.

  • The Class B Majority shall have the right to remove and replace any Designated Director (as defined below) at any time and for any reason, and to fill any vacancies otherwise relating to such director positions.

More Definitions of Class B Majority

Class B Majority means the holders of a majority of the Class B Units (excluding Class B Units held by Management Holdco).
Class B Majority means the holders of a majority of the Common Stock issuable upon conversion of the Class B Shares outstanding from time to time, as determined on an as-converted basis.

Class B Majority means the "Majority Class B Owners" together with the ---------------- "Majority Class B Purchasers", each as defined in the Class B Note Purchase Agreement.
