Class B Member definition

Class B Member means a Member holding one or more Class B Ordinary Shares.

Class B Member means a holder of a Class B Membership Interest.

Class B Member means each Person admitted to the Company as a Member and who holds Class B Units, and any other Person admitted as an additional or substitute Member and who holds Class B Units, so long as such Person holds Class B Units together with any Permitted Transferees thereof. If a Class B Member holds different classes of Units, then such Class B Member shall be treated as a Class B Member only with respect to its Class B Units.
