Class B Principal Amount definition
Class B Principal Amount means, when used with respect to any date, an amount equal to the Class Principal Amount for the Class B Notes.

Class B Principal Amount means, as of any date of determination, the sum of the Class B-1 Principal Amount, the Class B-2 Principal Amount, the Class B-3 Principal Amount, the Class B-4 Principal Amount, the Class B-5 Principal Amount and the Class B-6 Principal Amount as of such date.

Class B Principal Amount. As to any Distribution Date, the sum of the Class B Subclass Principal Amounts of the Class B Subclasses.
Class B Principal Amount means the initial note principal amount of the Class B Note of CHF 117,360,000 and the principal amount outstanding from time to time under the Class B Note.
