Class B Shareholders definition

Class B Shareholders means the holders of Class B Shares.
Class B Shareholders means the holders of Class B Preferred Shares identified on the signature pages hereto.
Class B Shareholders means the registered and/or beneficial holders of the Class B Shares, as the context requires.
