Class B Unit Price definition

Class B Unit Price shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.01(b).
Class B Unit Price means $57.04.
Class B Unit Price means the amount per Class B Unit each Holder will pay to CPLP to purchase the Purchased Units.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, CPLP hereby agrees to issue and sell to each Purchaser and each Purchaser, severally and not jointly, hereby agrees to subscribe for and purchase from CPLP, the number of Purchased Units as set forth on Schedule A opposite the name of such Purchaser, and each Purchaser agrees to pay CPLP the Class B Unit Price for each Purchased Unit as set forth in paragraph (b) below.

Class B Unit Price has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Exchangeable Securities Provisions;
Class B Unit Price means the amount per Class B Unit each Holder will pay to CPLP to purchase the Purchased Units. “Closing Date” means May 22, 2012.

In any IPO, the Class B Partners will receive a discount in computing the amount of continued equity investment equal to (A) such Partner's pro rata share of the initial cumulative available discount of $3,900,000 multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B Limited Partner's Agreed Value after reduction for any distribution in cash previously made from Net Liquidity Event Proceeds, or in the IPO, and the denominator of which is such Partner's initial Agreed Value less (B) the amount of discount previously utilized
Class B Unit Price means the amount per Class B Unit each Holder will pay to CPLP to purchase the Purchased Units. “Closing Date” means March 19, 2013.
