Class C-2 Notes definition

Class C-2 Notes has the meaning set forth in the first recital.
Class C-2 Notes means any one of the Class C-2 Notes executed by the Issuer and authenticated by or on behalf of the Indenture Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-3.
Class C-2 Notes means the Class C-2 Deferrable Fourth Priority Secured Fixed/Floating Rate Notes due July 5, 2035, issued by the Co-Issuers on the Closing Date, that bear interest at a fixed rate per annum equal to 6.035% for the period from the Closing Date to the last day of the Interest Period ending immediately prior to the Distribution Date in April 2010 and a floating rate per annum equal to three-months LIBOR plus 1.80% at all times thereafter.

Class C-2 Notes. The Class C-2 Secured Deferrable Fixed Rate Notes issued pursuant to this Indenture and having the characteristics specified in Section 2.3.
Class C-2 Notes has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Class C-2 Notes. The Class C-1 Notes and the Class C-2 Notes are referred to herein collectively as the “Class C Notes”. The Class A Notes, the Class B Notes and the Class C Notes, if issued, are referred to herein collectively as the Series 2011-1 Notes. The Series 2011-1 Notes shall be issued in minimum denominations of $100,000 and integral multiples of $1,000 in excess thereof. The net proceeds from the sale of the Class A Notes and the Class B Notes shall be deposited in the Series 2011-1 Excess Collection Account on the Series 2011-1 Closing Date and applied in accordance with this Series Supplement.
Class C-2 Notes means ACAS Business Loan Trust 2003-1, Class C-2 Fixed Rate Asset Backed Notes, Series 2003-1, issued pursuant to the Indenture.
Class C-2 Notes. The Class C-2 Mezzanine Secured Deferrable Fixed Rate Notes issued on the First Refinancing Date pursuant to this Indenture and having the characteristics specified in Section 2.3.
Class C-2 Notes means, collectively, the Class C-2A Notes and the Class C-2B Notes.
Class C-2 Notes means the $66,00,000 Auction Rate Class C-2 Student Loan-Backed Notes issued by the Trust pursuant to the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-7 thereto.
