Class C Common Shares definition

Class C Common Shares means the Class C Convertible Voting Common Shares of the Company, par value $1.00 per share.
Class C Common Shares shall have the meaning set forth in the Charter.

Class C Common Shares means the shares of stock of the Company which had been classified as Class C common shares in Exhibit D-1 to the Company Agreement.
