Class C Deficiency Amount definition

Class C Deficiency Amount is defined in Section 4.1(c).

Class C Deficiency Amount means the Class Deficiency Amount for the Class C Notes.

Class C Deficiency Amount means, in respect of any Transfer Date, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of the Class C Monthly Required Expense Amount as of the prior Transfer Date (disregarding for this purpose the Class C Trustee Payment Amount) over the amount actually credited to the Class C Distribution Ledger, for the payment of such amount on the related Transfer Date in accordance with Clause 5.15(f);

Examples of Class C Deficiency Amount in a sentence

• Interest shall accrue on the Class C Deficiency Amount at the Class C Note Rate.

• The amount, if any, of such shortfall on any Payment Date shall be referred to as the "Class C Deficiency Amount".

• On the Determination Date preceding each Distribution Date, the Servicer shall determine the excess, if any (the "Class C Deficiency Amount"), of (x) the aggregate amount accrued pursuant to this Section 4.2(d) as of the prior Distribution Date over (y) the amount actually transferred from the Distribution Account for payment of such amount.

More Definitions of Class C Deficiency Amount

Class C Deficiency Amount has the meaning specified in Section 5.12(c).

Class C Deficiency Amount for any Determination Date shall be equal to the excess, if any, of (x) the sum of (i) the Class C Monthly Interest and the Class C Additional Interest, in each case for the Interest Period ended immediately prior to the preceding Payment Date, plus (ii) any Class C Deficiency Amount for the preceding period, over (y) the amount actually paid in respect thereof on the preceding Payment Date; provided, however, that the Class C Deficiency Amount on the first Determination Date shall be zero.

Class C Deficiency Amount is defined in subsection 5.2(d).

Class C Deficiency Amount has the meaning specified in Section 3.1(c)(ii) of this Series 2013-A Supplement.

Class C Deficiency Amount shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.6(c).

Class C Deficiency Amount means the Class Deficiency Amount for the Class C Notes. “Class C Global Note” means a Class C Note that is a Regulation S Global Note or a 144A Global Note.
