Class C Notes definition

Class C Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

Class C Notes means the Class of Auto Loan Asset Backed Notes designated as Class C Notes, issued in accordance with the Indenture.

Class C Notes means any one of the Notes executed by the Issuer and authenticated by or on behalf of the Indenture Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-3.

Examples of Class C Notes in a sentence

• The Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes, the Class D Notes and the Class E Notes (collectively, the “Notes”) are and will be equally and ratably secured by the collateral pledged as security therefor as provided in the Indenture and subject to the subordination provisions therein.

• Generally, no payments of principal of the Class C Notes shall be made until the Class A-1 Notes, Class A-2 Notes, Class A-3 Notes and the Class B Notes have been paid in full.

• The Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes, the Class D Notes and the Class E Notes (collectively, the “Notes”) are and will be equally and ratably secured by the collateral pledged as security therefor as provided in the Indenture and subject to the subordination provisions set forth therein.

• The Class A–4 Notes are subordinated in right of payment to the Class A–1 Notes, the Class A–2-A Notes, the Class A-2-B and the Class A–3 Notes and are senior in right of payment to the Class B Notes and the Class C Notes, to the extent provided in the Indenture.

• Interest on the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes, the Class B Notes and the Class C Notes will be calculated on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months.

More Definitions of Class C Notes

Class C Notes means the Class C Asset Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit C.

Class C Notes means the 2.10% Asset Backed Notes, Class C, substantially in the form of Exhibit C to the Indenture.

Class C Notes means the $76,000,000 Class C 3.55% Asset Backed Notes issued by the Issuer, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Indenture.

Class C Notes. The 2.69% Asset Backed Notes, Class C in the initial aggregate principal balance of $22,600,000 issued pursuant to the Indenture.

Class C Notes means the 2.52% Class C Asset-backed Notes issued by the Issuer pursuant to the Indenture in the initial aggregate principal amount of $23,900,000.

Class C Notes means the Class C Notes issued pursuant to the Indenture.

Class C Notes means the Class C Asset Backed Notes of the Issuer, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-3 hereto.
