Class C Percentage definition

Class C Percentage means at any time the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Outstanding Amount of the Class C Notes and the denominator of which is the sum of the Outstanding Amount of all the Notes.
Class C Percentage means the percentage derived from the fraction the numerator of which is the Class C Invested Initial Amount and the denominator of which is the sum of the Class A Initial Invested Amount, the Class B Initial Invested Amount and the Class C Initial Invested Amount.

  • On each Distribution Date, all Prepayment Premiums, if any, distributed on the Class C REMIC III Regular Interest on such Distribution Date pursuant to this Section 6.10 shall be further distributed by the Certificate Administrator on behalf of the Trustee to the Holders of the Class C Certificates and the Class PST Certificates, pro rata, based on the Class C Percentage Interest and the Class C-PST Percentage Interest, respectively, in the Class C REMIC III Regular Interest.

Class C Percentage means the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the outstanding principal balance of the Class C Certificates and the denominator of which is the outstanding principal balance of all Certificates.
